Tony worked closely with us to structure the project and ran the implementation smoothly and effectively. He organized a series of interviews and online panel discussions with customers in the UK and USA to assess their preferences. He also arranged a very helpful workshop with external specialists.

The project led to a better understanding of what customers want and how to approach pricing – insights we used in successfully launching the new products.
